Approved transport
IBA-approved packers and movers
If your employer or bank is paying for the move, the reimbursement rests on the bill. Dwaraka is an IBA-approved, GST-registered mover, so every relocation is invoiced in the format a bank or company claim is settled against — issued the day the move finishes, not chased for afterwards.

IBA approved
An Indian Banks' Association approved transporter. This is the credential a bank or PSU relocation claim is checked against before it is reimbursed.
GST-compliant bills
GST registered under 36KMOPK2468A1ZT. Every move is invoiced with a proper GST tax invoice, not a hand-written receipt.
Built for reimbursement
The invoice is issued in the format employer and bank relocation claims ask for, so your paperwork is ready the day the move finishes.
Why it matters
What IBA approval is for
IBA is the Indian Banks’ Association. When a bank, a public-sector undertaking or a company reimburses an employee’s relocation, the claim is settled against an approved transporter’s invoice in a set format — the same way a medical claim needs a recognised hospital’s bill. A mover without that standing can do the move, but the bill can stall the claim.
That is why staff on transfer — bank and PSU employees, government and corporate transferees — ask whether a mover is IBA approved before they book. We are, and we say so plainly because it is a genuine part of what we offer, not a slogan.
Straight about the limit: we issue the GST and IBA-format bills a claim is built on. Whether a specific claim is reimbursed, and how much, is your employer’s or bank’s relocation policy to decide — not something any mover can promise. We give you the correct paperwork; the policy does the rest.
On every move
The paperwork you leave with

- An itemised inventory of the goods packed and moved, prepared before loading
- A consignment note (LR) for the vehicle carrying your goods

- The invoice in the IBA-approved format relocation claims are checked against
- Duplicate hard copies on request, for the file your employer or bank keeps
FAQ
IBA and billing questions
What does IBA approved mean for a packers and movers?
IBA is the Indian Banks' Association. An IBA-approved transporter is one recognised in the format that bank and public-sector relocation claims are settled against. When an employer or bank reimburses a transfer, the claim is usually checked for an IBA-approved mover's invoice — being approved is what lets that paperwork clear.
Do you give a GST bill I can submit for my move?
Yes. We are GST registered under 36KMOPK2468A1ZT and issue a proper GST tax invoice on every move, local or inter-state. The invoice states our GSTIN, the service provided and the tax applied, which is what a company or bank finance team needs to process a reimbursement.
Will my bank or employer accept your bill for reimbursement?
We issue GST-compliant, IBA-format invoices in the shape relocation claims ask for, which is what most bank and employer policies require. Whether a particular claim is reimbursed, and how much, is set by your own employer's or bank's relocation policy rather than by us — but the paperwork we provide is the paperwork those policies are written around.
Which documents will I receive after the move?
A GST tax invoice, an itemised inventory of the goods, a consignment note for the vehicle, and an e-way bill on inter-state consignments that require one. We provide duplicate hard copies on request so you keep one set and submit another with your claim.
Is IBA-approved billing available outside Karimnagar?
Yes. We are based in Karimnagar, Telangana, and run IBA-approved, GST-invoiced moves on every route we cover — across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and on long-distance routes to Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and the rest of India.
